From the core of my heart, I sincerely congratulate West Bengal State Council of Technical Education for its sincere endeavour for launching its own website www.webscte.org. This will help the stakeholders in availing an information highway through facilitating passage of information and thereby promoting networking and hence reducing information gap. I sincerely hope that this endeavour will result in inculcating net-surfing habits among the students i.e. ultimately who will be the ‘NETIZENS’.
